Saturday September 16, was the first ever National Jelly Roll day and I decided months ago that I would participate! So many bloggers and companies were on board for this event and it was so much fun to see all the offers by various bloggers and vendors for those that participated. I know that this event was for a jelly roll but I had a honey bun in my stash that I had bought at a Quilt Shop Hop about 3 years ago and since I am on a "purge that stash" roll, that is what I used. I have been looking at the "Summer in the Park" pattern and Missouri Star Quilt had a t utorial using honey buns.
