I have been busy making nursery accessories for a very dear friend's daughter. The daughter who happens to be a good friend of my daughter #1 asked if I would make some fabric hampers and basket for their new baby. I of course said yes, thinking it would be lots of fun and super easy. Well I always seem to underestimate projects, supplies and etc. She asked for 2 fabric hampers and 4 fabric baskets, all to fit an older entertainment center that they were converting for their nursery. They had grey and mint picked out for nursery colors. After a few emails back and forth we came up with some grey and mint chevron fabric and some elephant fabric from Premier Prints. The first laundry hamper took me 3 nights, the second one only one evening. Once I got things figured out the process was much smoother! For the fabric baskets I used a pattern from Noodlehead .
