Since these are catch up posts for the month of July, here are the other happenings....
What do you do with all of those flowers left over from a wedding? You decorate your house with them!
And a visit was made to see great-grandpa in Lawrence. Someone loved moving the bed up and down. Three generations of the Pacumbaba clan
These mug rugs were made for hard working colleagues who had dealt with the fire recovery and are still dealing with the fire recovery. The inspiration for the mug rugs came from here.
Mimi got a new house cleaner...
And as a reward she got to spend lots of time at the pool... eating snacks of course!
And Mimi and Papa did some baby sitting...
We did not know we weren't supposed to play with Mama's makeup...
And another visit was made to celebrate dad's birthday...
And since it is July, it is peach jam time!
We got our bikes out for the first time in 3 years and went on a little bike ride with the family...

And I managed to get a little bit of sewing done...
The winter bedrunner got a border and is ready for the quilter. The pattern is from Intrepid Thread an and was a Quilt Along called Cottage Christmas. The instructions can be found here.
I started these blocks using Cupcake Recipe #2 and some charm packs in my stash, Me and My Sister's Twirl. I am hoping it will become a quilt for Baby Girl Brunner.
It was another busy month... and when July ends I really feel like summer is ending.
